Client Questionnaire
Clients are invited to complete a short questionnaire to help us understand their vision—covering everything from desired features and planting preferences to how the garden should function and the available budget.
Site Survey
We’ll visit the garden to walk through the questionnaire in person and assess the site’s setting, character, and context. During the visit, we’ll take measurements, note existing features, and consider practical factors such as light, levels, and views. This stage allows us to gather all the detail we need and finalise the client brief together.
Design
We’ll create a scaled garden design that illustrates both hard landscaping and planting elements, accompanied by mood boards and written explanations to clearly communicate the concept. Once the overall design is finalised, we’ll develop a detailed planting plan—ensuring each plant is thoughtfully placed to suit its environment and thrive over time.
Build
Once the costings have been agreed, the build phase begins—where the vision is brought to life with care, precision, and close attention to detail.
Aftercare
Ongoing maintenance is essential to any successful garden. Our aftercare service supports each space as it matures, offering expert guidance to help it flourish through the seasons and evolve beautifully over time.
